Fire Night 2nd August

We went out last night to a Thai restaurant in Takapuna where a good if not quiet time was had by all. We were 13 all up, which is a small night by Fire Service crowds and we just sat there and tried to ogle the people in the apartments across at the Mon Desir. It being winter most of them had the curtains pulled, so there was not the excitement there could have been on a balmy summers night.
